Returns & Exchanges

We want you to LOVE your online purchase with us!
If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return it back to us within 14 days from your delivery date. We offer refunds, exchange or store credits to the value of 110% of the original value, subject to the following conditions:

Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. If merchandise is returned despite these conditions your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge.

Items that have been purchased at full price or by pre-order are eligible for an refund, exchange or credit, when returned to us within 14 days from your delivery date. Please note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping.

All sale items marked at a discounted price are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns/refunds/exchanges.– our Welcome Discount or storewide sales are not included as 'sale items'. If merchandise is returned despite these conditions your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for earrings or swimwear.
Please try on shoes on soft surfaces before wearing them. We will not accept shoes with sole markings or scratches. Ensure shoes are returned with their original packaging.

We hope you never receive a faulty item and are so sorry to hear you may have, we understand this is really disappointing.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us at with photos, your order number and details of the fault and we will endeavour to arrange a replacement or a refund for you as quickly as possible, based on an assessment from the manufacturer.
If the manufacturer deems your item faulty, then your refund will be processed (please allow a 2 week processing time from time of receiving item as we need to ship back to brand)

If you adhere to the above guidelines and wish to return your item/s for an exchange we will offer free shipping on exchanged item/s shipped back to you. We will hold your exchange item/s aside until your return has been delivered back to us in-store. We will be in touch with you to send out your replacement and you will be notified via AusPost tracking when item/s exchanged are on their way back to you. Please allow 1-3 days for us to process this once it has been received back in store.
Return postage of the original item is at the customers expense.

Credit notes are valid for 12 months and will be issued as an online gift card. Credit notes can be used via our online store only. You will be emailed a unique code to enter upon checkout.

Did we mention we will issue you 110% of your purchase amount (excluding shipping) upon returning your items!

Further instructions including selecting your exchange item will be given once your return has been approved via our Returns Portal.

Frequent returns made from the same account will automatically be flagged in our system. If we notice that our return policy is being abused, we may take action in the form of blocking an account and/or cancelling future orders. Arbory Store reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our Returns Policy. Returns that do not respect the policy will be sent back to the original shipping address without any refund being processed.
